Little Man gave chopsticks a try for the first time today. We ate lunch at Pei Wei today, thanks to a former employee of Trav's and Little Man was very intrigued watching us use the chopsticks. We weren't expecting him to give it a try and just barely caught it on a camera phone before he lost interest . He worked on a piece of meat for about five minutes then snagged a piece of orange before growing impatient and chowing down with his fingers. Looks like he is gonna be a lefty! My favorite part of the meal is when he took a bite of fortune cookie, bit the paper, pulled it out of his mouth and said, "Uh oh!"

Chop stix are hard! Hopfully he'll get the hang of it later. I hope and pray HOCC is growing and doing well. And hope the Plano campus thrives as well. Blessings!
